Toast with [N.A!] Chilli Rice Crackers and Chorizo and Ewe’s Milk Cheese Spread

To use

25 minutes



1. Peel the chorizo, dice and put in the blender

2. Add the cottage cheese, the concentrated tomato purée, the salt, the olive olive and the oregano

3. Blend until smooth and lump-free

4. Put in the fridge for two hours

5. Place the chorizo spread on the N.A! Mild Chilli Crackers and top with one or two pieces of ewe's milk cheese

6. Serve immediately


100 g of chorizo

800 g of cottage cheese

2 tablespoons of concentrated tomato purée

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of dried oregano


Ewe's milk cheese

1 pouch of N.A! Mild Chilli Rice Crackers
