Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Add all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a bowl.
Mix these ingredients until the dough is completely smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and pour it into a greased mould.
Bake the brownies for 15-18 minutes. Wait 10min before removing them from the mould.
If they still don't look very cooked, you can place them in the fridge overnight.
Leave the ice cream maker in the freezer for the night.
Whisk the yolks and the sugar in a bowl. The mixture has to be white.
In a saucepan, bring the almond plant based-milk to a boil.
Add the egg yolk/sugar mixture to the pan.
Cook the mixture over low heat. The cream needs to thicken!
Once the cream is well thickened, pour it into a salad bowl, then add the drops of vanilla extract.
Cover the preparation with a towel, a plate, or even a bee wrap.
Once the preparation has cooled down, pour it into your ice cream maker and turn it on!
Bean brownie :
250g of drained red beans
140g of chocolate chips
75g of agave syrup
40g of oat flakes
10g of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
60ml of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
Ice cream made of almond plant based milk [N.A!]
500ml of almond plant based milk [N.A!]
100g of sugar
10 drops of vanilla extract
6 egg yolks
